I called in on Friday to ask a couple of questions about my credit card and got Cody on the line.
From the first hello I was impressed.
The enthusiasm in his voice and the eagerness to help was a breath of fresh air.
The thought of calling a call center in this country sends a shiver down my spine but after speaking to Cody there may just be hope yet.
He helped me quick quick with any and all questions I had. He could understand me and I could understand him.
He must be a huge asset to your company and I would look after him if I was U guys.
