Could someone please answer the phone

This is truly frustrating, been on-hold for 15min and the voice recording keeps telling me 'please hold we know that your time is valuable' HOW about 'your money is valuable' and the more time you hold / wait for someone to answer the phone the more money you spend with you network provider!

bit of an obvious misrepresentation since FNB don't care about your time... all it cares about is your money!
