The branch is supposed to open at 8h30 on a Saturday but way after opening time the staff were still dragging their feet getting into the bank. Way after opening time the branch hadn't opening for business. At 9h00 a security guard was sent to tell us they were having problems inside the bank. I would have thought a bank official would have been the one to address us. Around 9h10, forty minutes late, the brach eventually opened its doors. FNB specializes in bad customer service, this is actually fast becoming their trademark, but this takes the cup.
