It is a nightmare to get in contact with the call centre. They take half and hour to answer the call and just to know that they need to transfer my call and wait another half an hour. And as a result Restrictions placed on my account over 2 weeks ago have not been lifted..I verified all my documentation according to FICA regulations but the bank keep on insisting I call FICA..isn't this your Job as I bank with Nedbank not FICA, can someone please remove this restrictions from my account, This has been my worst experience with any bank. I am certainly reverting back to Absa after this ordeal
