I want a manage

Please see email correspondence between me and this consultant (or lack of correspondence from the consultants side) i want an explanation as to why i do not receive feedback, secondly why its been over a month for anything to be done and thirdly for a bank manager to call me in Ireland on my international number. If i do not receive feedback i will be seeking advice from the Ombudsman and in addition escalating this to the marketing director.
