Last year Outsurance phoned me and gave me a quote for motor and household insurance. They couldn't beat my premium I was paying. It was being advertised that they would pay R200 if they can't beat your premium. Nothing was mentioned. Two weeks ago they phoned me again and gave me a quote which was more than my current premium I'm paying. I asked the operator about the R400 they would pay if they can't beat my premium, and she said there is no such thing that they would pay the R400. You people are a joke, you to the public, how you make any business is beyond me... and no thanks I do not want the R400. Remember, YOU phoned me.
