Waiting for feedback more than a month and 5days

Still waiting for feedback for more than a month and 5 days. I was given reference 236528 by Mpumi Ncube on a report posted on the 10 Decembe 2012. No one from FNB bothered to contact me about the issue. Tjo, FNB is not ayoba that's why I will not allow my family to go there.
