I have tried to speak to someone at FNB about switching banks. When I got an sms telling to contact them and give my reference number. The chick I spoke to asked what information i am looking for because everything is on the website and was rather rude about it.
I personally think this level of service is disgusting. If this is how I get treated as a potential new customer I would hate to know how I will get treated as an actual customer.
I am shocked and disgusted. I think I will stay with the bank I'm already with.
