DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM ALTECH AUTOPAGE

I had called into the Altech Autopage Customer Service Hotline (011) 650 5111, to confirm that they had received my change in banking details to debit my account accurately. After being transferred from one person to another repeatedly, I finally spoke to a Customer Service consultant named Nolianda who was both rude and unhelpful. She refused point blank to help me, and even asked me "Do you understand English? ". When i proceeded to ask her for more information, she cut the call. When a paying customer tries to confirm bank details to ensure that her account is up to date, and to be treated with such rudeness, DISGUSTING!
If this is the way Autopage does their business and treats their customers, then this will be the last time I ever take out a contract with them. And I encourage others to do the SAME...
