DISSAPOINTING SERVICE

Standard Bank offered me a credil limit of R50, 000, I asked for it to be kept at R10, 000 this was a few weeks ago. Now I phone them asking for the limit to be putted back to the original R50, 000 that was offered only to be told that that cannot be done I need to wait for six month and the reason I'm being given by the agent Emmanuel is that their system just will not allow it. For me that is cold and tells me that Standard Bank is systems driven and not customer driven... and the agent Emmanuel basically told me that it's not their problem they had given me R50, 000 and I declined it. I am really fustrated with this service, Standard bank is a financial insitution and I though they were about servicing their clients... The agents in the end of the call told me I can try his Team Leader by the name of Charlene who might have different results... I'm feel that the Bank lead me on just to drop me!!!
