On the 5th November 2012 I received 3 sms's confirming that my retrenchment claim for my account was successful. In February 2013 I was contacted by African Bank that the claim was only approved until Nov'12, and that in order for a further 6 months to be approved, I would have to resubmit my affidavit. This I did by sending the documents to [Email Removed] via email for attention Christopher Madikiza. An automated acknowledgement was sent. Subsequent to this I have not received any further communication. Any addition I'm still receiving sms's demanding payment an electronic statements confirming that my account is in arrears. Please urgently rectify the position and advise me of the outcome.
