This is my 3rd complaint in 3 weeks - Last Friday - I received a call from the Std Bank rep dealing with my query, who said that the funds that Std bank owes me will be deposited in my account no later that Monday (11 Feb 13) close of business. After 2 months, numerous calls and emails to std bank and even more promises by them that they would return MY money - i still dont have any transfer into my bank account. Am I the only 1 who feels like Std bank should close their doors and transfer their staff to Fnb or any other reputable bank who take care of their clients - rather than treat them like dirt lying on the roadside?! Anyone else going through the same thing I am?! Perhaps we should start a supprt group - "Clients who have been severely wronged by Std bank"
