I had a loan with Capitec nearly four years ago. I can't remember how much i paid but lost my job and couldn't settle the loan. The debt is nearly 4 years old which means it has prescribed as according to The Prescriptions Act 68 of 1969 this debt should prescribe after 3 years if not paid. Yet i still have Capitec on my Transunion ITC record as a bad payment summary, and they are still phoning me. Please remove all listings you have on my ITC profile with immediate effect or i will take further action.
