NO FEEDBACK BUT QUICK TO GO LEGAL

I made a complaint regarding my credit card that I wanted to settle in full. I received a settlement figure and was then informed that the information I was given was incorrect. I then complained again, contacted Card division who informed me that they would be sending me new figures. This was almost 2 months ago. I have still been paying the instalment, only to hear NOTHING back from card division, and then find out yesterday that a DEFAULT was made on my credit record for this card. I AM SICK TO DEATH of this kind of incompetence. On what Planet do you actually have to BEG a company to pay them, then get no response, and then get handed over for being a "slow payer". This has gone on NOW for 2 YEARS!!! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH, CAN YOU PEOPLE PLEASE GET YOUR TOGETHER AND SORT THIS OUT!!!
