Most irritating experiance eve

Sometime in last year I made use of the Smartphone offer that FNB offers and I received a Blackberry 9300 curve

The problem that I am sitting with currently is that the phones "scroller" button has stopped working, I now need to find out where to take the phone for repairs.

A week or so ago I managed to get hold of the phone number for your department, I spoke to about 6 different people and none of them could assist me with my problem. They just passes my call from the one department to the next and eventually I hung up.

I must say that this has been a rather irritating experience and for the life of me I cannot understand why no one can give me a straight answer!!!

I bought the phone through them, they should assist me in this matter, if I knew what a hassle it would be I would have never bought the phone!!!

Im so disappointed in FNB... never again...
