As i explained in detail in my previous complaint, you guys got back to me with promises of no just give me 48hours we will sort it out... haha what a joke!! almost 2 weeks later and no response, Mrs Daniels is in such a state she is physicaly ill and has to go to the doctors.
How can you expect her toe forfit all the money they have paid, after you aknowledged it was FNB's mistake?
i cant believe i leaved ABSA to join a bank like you!! Taking advantage of the less fortuneate and uninformed!!!
