I tried to open a bank account online due to the error in the banks online system it was impossible, then i called the customer service call centre there was virtualno help even though i called five times .the last call centre just put the phone on the side while chatting and laughing with friends this realy hurt me for five minutes i have neva exprienced such bad service in ma life, the lady listed above on the person responsible deserve to be investigated, and the bank has no mechanism for clients to rate customer service after a call no wonder y emplyees behave in this manner, i will await a response frm the bank then i will take up the matter with banking omsbud since ive got a right to open a bank acc in my country.
