Call centre agents efficiency is laughable!

Credit Life Premiums being deducted from my Credit card WITHOUT my approval. Initial call to the call centre I was asked to send in a formal request.
REPLY1: After sending in one, i was told it needs to be signed. I sent in a signed copy.
REPLY2: agent said i need to fill out forms - which i refused to do, given i didnt give approval of it in the first place.
REPLY3:agent said it was not necessary for forms, i can jus submit a signed formal request - i brought it to their attention that i already have done this.
REPLY4:call centre agents sends me the forms again to say i should fill it out, if i want to have the premium cancelled!!!
ARE YOU SERIOUSLY KIDDING ME!!!??
This gives me serious reason to concern myself with Absas credibility!!
I even complained on Twitter to which my response was to go to the nearest branch, investigate and resolve this matter!!! SERIOUSLY!!!??? why should i go thru that hassle when i didnt approve this dam premium in the first place!!! this is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!!
If Absa doesnt want my business of OVER 10 YEARS, i will glady take it elsewhere!!!
