CONSIDERING JOINING A BANK THAT WON'T BEEP ME

I attempted to draw my last R600 on Sunday 14.04.2013. They atm spat out a slip stating that there was an error in retrieving the money. I went to another ATM, and to my surprize the R600 was deducted off my account. I now sit with no petrol, and R50 to my name?? The only reponse that I have gotten from BLEEP bank is that they are so terribly sorry for the inconvenience, but there systems are offline and they cannot access my statement. I have called 5 times in the last 2 days, and everytime the call starts off with me asking if they are online yet. Their answer... Yes maam. As soon as I have answered all of the security check answers (and there are loads), I get told "i apologize for the inconvenience, but it seems as though the system is down." SERIOUSLY??? They reckon it takes 12 working days from when they log the query, that in its own is frustrating, nevermind the fact that they can't even log the query.
I need someone to tell me what is going on. Is there a problem with my account? Because it has been changed from an E-Plan to an Access Account, maybe that is the reason, but they are giving me no answers.
