Poor customer service

Hi,
I have received a call last week Thursday (11/04/2013) from Windscreen direct stating that the complaint will be taken up with management and they promised to get back to me the 12/04/2013, like before. Is this customer service? or should I rather switch to another insurance company once this headache is sorted
