Over the Easter weekend my loan was settled and I received an SMS to confirm that my account was debited and that wonga had received my payment.
The following week when I tried to log onto the website I received the following error:
Sorry, an error occurred and we were unable to process this request. Please re-check the information you have provided and try again, or contact our customer services team for more help.
I emailed the customer service center on 10 April and to date have not received a response.
Yesterday when I logged into the site it shows that I still have not repaid my loan.
I emailed the customer service department and called the customer service number and requested a callback. I still have not received a response.
I would like to apply for another loan, but until this matter of an outstanding balance is resolved, I am unable to do so.
I was very happy with wonga's service in the past, but this is not acceptable
