Poor Customer Relations

I took a loan with Wonga, and unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances have been unable to pay back the full outstanding amount. As I am unable to make or receive personal calls during the day, I emailed Wonga asking if I could set up a repayment plan? I am not disputing that I owe this money, however I just can not pay the full amount back in one lump sum. I was informed by Wonga that I can not pay it off - so what are my options? Ignore the fact that I owe the money? Please Wonga - life happens! I am not trying to run away but to find a solution to this.
