We have been clients with Quicksure for roughly 6 months. We logged a claim 12/02/2013 via our broker. within a week we were contacted by Quicksure efficiently to arrange a convenient time to come over to assess the goods. They promised a time & fulfiled on their promise. the Gentleman and lady from Quicksure came over to my home, uploaded the items for assessment. I am an author and all of my valued information was on the hard drive of my computer and i was reluctant to let it go in for the assessment - that was the most valuable item to me. They considered my concerns for my information which could of been lost and to please me as the client they sent out a specialist IT guy @ their own cost to remove my hard drive thus saving my information. Service like this is rare. My claim has not been paid out as yet so i am not singing the praises of the company because they honoured the claim. I am just commending them on a fine job thus far. The reps were most friendly and treated us with the utmost respect -we felt special. Quicksure - the lengths that you have went through to please us is most appreciated. you have a client for life.
