Devon Milligan answered my call when I enquired why my premium had suddenly shot up before my normal annual review, to which I was given 3 answers. The reasons were:
- I had enquired about life insurance (what does that have to do with the premiums on my car?!?
- He then apologised, when I said that was ridiculous and said its because I claimed twice
- and finally settled on the fact that my address had changed & the risk of an accident was higher when driving to work (When I called initially for a quote, 2 years ago, they said the whole of JHB was risky & I couldn't get a lower premium for staying in Killarney)

I asked for him to put this in writing & he still has not sent me an email with the final answer. Instead I got a "Why choose OUT" brochure.

Next I called Adele Du Toit to enquire about a panelbeater with the least delay to get my car fixed & was told by the dealer she suggested that there was a 4 month waiting period! She had told me that Vaalridge BMW were not on their list of approved BMW dealers only to find they were! Imagine the wait if I listened to her.

This is why I have chosen King Price - same premium, 1/3 of the excess & 30day car hire thrown in.
