UNABLE TO PURCHASE

We opened a business account at Nedbank. Firstly they said it would not be a cheque because my husband has something on ITC. we needed to desperately start allocating funds to a business account so we took the business savings account they offer in those circumstances. Up to date we have been to the bank 5 times! also we have phoned their authorisation offices SO MANY times it is ridiculous! Whenever we swipe we have to get an authorisation!

We wasted hundreds of rands on airtime (Ridiculous fees right?) When we go to the bank they state NO only purchases over R 10k needs an authorisation, they have no idea what we are talking about! So we upped all our limits to a 100k... prepared to phone over every R 10k transaction ten times a day to reach this limit! That is very untrue. today we had to swipe just over 5 K an NO JOY! I phoned in and they 'corrected' it... we tried again... NOTHING! What the?? I am wasting precious time and money here!? And this for a small business starting up needing every bit of support and time and money to reach success? Being penalized like this for having something on ITC is unacceptable and against our human rights. Do not bank there!
