No response to claim reported in Sept 2012

No response from 2 claims reported last year. Reported to ombudsman in Nov. She contacted me in Jan, promised to send accessor. She was appalled on our behalf in Feb when we reported still no response. Have left messages on her answering machine but have had no response. We are left with a broken ballistrade, that leaves a fall of 5feet unprotected. My husband and large old dog have both fallen, hurting themselves badly, and a dangerously fitted geyser that poses a fire hazard. Both of the above where previous claims and were both installed by contractors appointed by Standard Bank.
Ombudsman is Palesa: 011 8586053.It is vertually impossible to report a claim. The above claims occured in June but I simply couldnt get through on my cell phone to 0860123112 .It took me 2 1/2 hrs from a Standard Bank branch to get through to report above claims, impossible if customer only has access to a cell phone, only to be told by ombudsman that she only has record of balustrade claim and non for geyser. Both of these pose a huge safety risk. I have been into the bank, contacted the insurance dept, withheld my bond payment, even tried to get contractors contacts in the bank, no joy.
