Call Center Terrible Attitude!!!

My Vehicle Had Been Broken Into And Sound System As Well As Laptop And GPS . I Spoke To Diveshni Who Was Handling My Claim. When I Insured My Vehicle With Budget I Took The Car For An Inspection Where The Gentleman Inspected The Car For Damages And Sound System.

I Have Misplaced The Receipts For The Items And Told Diveshni To Refer To The Inspection Report. She Then Told Me That I Am Claiming For Items That I Don't Have As The Inspection States A Different Item. I Had Changed This Item As My Previous Unit Was Faulty.

I Feel Very Insulted By What She Said. It Is Definitely Not The Way To Speak To A Customer. I Am An Officer Of The Law And Will Take Legal Action If Nothing Is Done About This.
Furthermore She Told Me To Take My Vehicle To Alex Electrical 10km From My Home For A Quote And When I Arrived There I Was Told Budget Hasn't Contacted Them Yet And They Cannot Act Accordingly.

The Access Which I Was Being Charged For The Window Is R750 and I Purchased A New Window For R100. In My Opinion This Is Ridiculous

Budget Where All Too Happy To Insure My Car But Didn't Inform Me About Receipts Etc.
Please Look Into This Matter Urgently Before I Post This To Other Sites
