I just wanted to take the time to thank Mandy-Lee Naude from Amfin Brokers. Fast, Efficient, Caring are some of the words I think best describes her attitude towards her clients.
After the misfortune of having to go through the claiming process with my insurer, she went the extra mile to insure (pun intended: P) that my claim gets processed as quickly as possible and that I get back on the road as soon as possible.
I would be surprised if the whole process, from the initial call to having my car towed to the insurance-approved panel beaters took no more than an hour. In the minutes that the phone wasn't ringing with people telling me when my car will be picked up and where it would be taken too, we quickly sorted out the claim documents and she got the process underway. And that was it, my baby was off to get assessed and fixed.
I honestly dreaded this whole experience and I'm glad to say, Mandy made it infinitely better! Painless and quick! My outright thanks to her and Amfin Brokers! You guys really do make life easier when you think the world's gone upside down.
