To whom this may concern

I have logged my case on the 6 March 2013 via fax and then email to ask have they received the documentation i have sent through to them no responses was made to even acknowledge the email, then a week after getting no responses from them i phoned them asking if they had receive my documentation and what the progress on the case was, then the consultant only said they have not yet received this, i went to the chemist to fax it again (note that i am not at work with all these facilities so this is a hassle) after doing numerous calls through to them and the consultant Jinyl khan also making promises to come back and give me feedback on the progress of this case they fail to this.

I am not at work due to my illness i have and i have no income and taking out this hospital plan gave me a peace of mind that i will have a little bit of income when i get hospitalised but Chartis has failed to do so.

With me phoning them all the time and them failing to give me feedback is just adding to my stress levels and really not good for my health.

This is unacceptable and really unprofessional behaviour.

i trust that you will be able to assist me in this matter.
