I called Budget Insurance Yesterday (10 April 2013) for a Household
content insurance quote on a house we bought recently.
I spoke to Tika Chungu. I explained to him my previous experiences with other agents
and that i wasn't very happy.
He assured me that he will assist quickly and efficiently. I also mentioned to him
that i am at work and don't have lots of time to spend answering all the procedural
questions. (He asked all the questions but it went quick)
He was extremely helpful, straight to the point and efficient just as he promised.
Within minutes my household content was covered. He is absolutely clued up with his
Job and take a special interest in the client.
