I filled in the online quote estimator and got a call back. Tika Chungu was very friendly and helpful and walked me through the whole process. He was able to answer my questions quickly and knowledgeably which left me feeling very confident. When I asked for things in writing to think it over I got the information immediately without any hard and annoying selling tactics. Follow up was timeous giving me the time to consider things and be happy with my decision. On acceptance the remainder of the process was quick and efficient leaving me smiling and happy.
