Great service from the call centre woman, Miriam. She quickly worked through the problem and made an appointment for an assessment at Durban Central. I was welcomed with politeness and courtesy which I have NEVER had from previous insurers. Enjoyed a cappuccino while I waited and was off in under 30 mins. What a pleasure.
