My wife took a fast loan from wonga the repayment date was the 10th of april there is available funds in the account
but wonga has not done their collection and the call centre say it will be collected
how can they to customers if there is a date for a debit to go off it should go of on that date
and im sure wonga will charge late repayments for their ignorance and the call centre takes
more then 30min to speak to an agent we are working class people why must we wait 30min for wongas
mistake
and the call centre cant explain why the debit did not go off
