After having opened up a student account and then taking out a student loan it has been one nightmare after another. Finally all was sorted - now I need to transfer the funds out of my student loan to pay for my studies. What a nightmare. For over a week the money has been in my account and I cannot move it out. First up - no limit set on my internet banking - Constantia branch says go to a branch or send a secure message - done BOTH and NOTHING done - okay - then go into Stellenbosch branch and do it there face to face - GUESS WHAT! STILL NOT DONE! This is shocking service to say the least - I am in lectures most days - isn't that what I am at University for - spend precious time in a queue yesterday to sort this out - still not done - I AM SO UPSET NOW - a simple banking task has now turned into an unpleasant experience and I can be guaranteed no one from the bank will even try to contact me to rectify this - UTTERLY DISGUSTED!
