I phoned the restaurant asking for an invoice to pay on behalf of my client. I explained I needed an invoice to do an EFT payment and will send her the proof of payment. She told me to just give my client money to spend and doesn't understand why we had to involve her in our business. She said I had never set foot in her restaurant and yet I want an invoice. I politely asked if I could have the numbers to the head office maybe they would assist me. She started shouting telling me that she is the owner and its either I do what she tells me or leave them alone. She did not even give me a chance to speak and proceeded shouting. I am shocked and disgusted by the way she spoke to me. I will not use her restaurant and I will definitely not recommend any of my clients to her restaurant.
