I called DirectAxis requesting to have my vehicle insurance reviewed and Miss Rudzani Manyuha was the customer service representative that assisted me. She had taken down all my details and promised to come back to me which she did on the same day, within a very short space time with the comparative quotation summary and assisted with explaining the different options in details for me to be able to make a sound choice. She picked up that I was actually paying for a tracker which I do not have in my vehicle since I purchased my vehicle. Rudzani was ble to go out of her way to assist with verfying with the tracking company, who then confirmed that there could not pick up anything with my ID number that confirms that I have a tracker on my vehicle. She went as far as arranging for a refund for all the tracker installments from the previous insurer. What stood out for me was the passion for her job, her response and feeback was prompt and the level of professionalism was exceptional. Rudzani is a true DirectAxis ambassador.
