The cheque book I ordered 2 weeks ago was not delivered when I went to collect, despite having received an SMS stating it was ready. Inquiries clerk was very unhelpful but Caroline arranged for messenger to collect at main Alberton branch and I was able to return later to collect. I needed to pay workmen at my home so it was essential I had delivery the same day. Well done Caroline - your bank needs more people like you!
