INCORRECT INTEREST RATE

I recently took out a home loan with FNB. I signed my documentation for my loan according to an agreed 9 % interest rate. On my internet banking the monthly payment is according to an interest rate of 16 %. After holding on the line with Tembo from FNB for over half an hour, he told me he cant understand why the rate is different to what I signed for. He promised to call me back yesterday and he has still not called back. I am very disappointed with the service I recieved.
