I have been a client of FNB Insurance Brokers for many years (previously First Link and before that). I have always been happy with their customer service. However, since they became FNB Insurance the standard of service has become non existent. Previously I had a designated agent whom I could deal with, but now you have to go through the Call Center which is impossible to get through to. I have been trying for two days on different numbers without any success. I have held on several times for over 30 minutes and then it just rings off I do not see the point in paying a broker (although they are happy to take their brokerage commission) if they cannot provide the necessary service. My annual policy is due for renewal next month and I will be seeking a better service provider. Any suggestions?
