I recently tried to engage with "my" broker at FNB Insurance Brokers, having had cover through them for around the last 5 years. What a dreadful experience! The broker was amazingly disinterested in my queries, abrupt to the point of rudeness, and sufficiently unhelpful (unknowledgeable?) that I cancelled my policies and obtained cover elsewhere.
The still took my premium. When I asked them to refund it, they asked me to "reverse the debit order from my side". Wow! What service! Glad to see that I am able to correct your mistakes for you. Please do let me know if I can do any more chores around the office for you, or perhaps deliver your favourite meal when you're a little peckish.
I've banked with FNB since I was 5. You guys are letting down the side horribly.
