I made a complaint on HelloPeter. African bank looked up my account. They then sent me a copy of my contract agreement. I had a look at it. Anyone with any sense could see that the signiture on the contract agreement was not mine. They told me the signitures looks very similar to mine, but isnt that the point of a forgery? To make it look as close as possible to the original?
They were not even that similar. Now I am left with an account they say I must just pay OR ELSE WE WILL BLACKLIST YOU. Why is it that BIG companies can do as they please with consumers and there is nothing that consumers can do to protect themselves?
They say, WE DID AN INVESTIGATION. Then why are they still making me pay for goods I didnt buy? So a shop can just deliver to your house in your absence and start making you pay? I didnt sign to say I received anything, let alone sign a contract.
