STANDARD BANK MY MONEY

I cannot beleive a bank can their customers like this, Standard Bank deducted R1500 from my account saying shortfall recovered, I was later told that this is an incorrect posting error however I am STILL waiting on my money, this has been since 16th March and nobody is getting back to me with regards to when my monies will be paid back to me. I am considering taking this further because they even went into my savings account and moved monies from one account to another to cancel the deficit from their error. This was all done without my authorization. I will be moving to a competitor and I will make sure I let everyone know about the that STANDARD BANK IS RUNNING. I am now on the phone again with the call centre, where Winnie has put me on hold for the last 8 minutes, this seems to be the norm for standard bank when they dont have an answe
