You would think that banks would be more accommodating towards Pensioners, BUT NOT FNB.
They invested their pension in an account that they fully didn't understand. They thought that it was at least a bit flexible and now when they want to access some funds, they are told that there's no way they can until the maturity period.
I understand procedure, but don't you guys have a strand of compassion to even assist Pensioners when they need help?
