Service that leaves a lot to be desired

I called your call centre on Thursday after holding on for more than 45 minutes, I was told that a claims consultant would contact me speedily, I have not heard from them yet. if this is the type of service rendered by your company it is plainly contrary to the image you portray. I demand a response to my query, the response is always "will contact you within two working days" it has now been 3. My query was regarding a claim, I had to call the new business line which funny enough was answered promptly. does iWyze not have claims consultants and their messaging system said voicemail "FULL", disappointing truely
