I have been a client for the past 5 years with fnb. I try to do all my business with fnb from buying shares to insurance, everything. But the service ive been getting is pathetic. Leandre van rensburg was working on my but now someone new with the name of gabriel. this person didnt even phone sme to tell me that he is working on my claim. The customer service iv been gettong is a total discrace how can 5 people take messages for someone to phone you back but no one does. than u have to phone after them. My car has been with he panel beaters for one month and yesterday i came to learn that fnb only pays for 30days for the rent a car. now i have to takenit back cause i cant afford 320 a day. if fnb xould just move and do the work my car could have been ready 2weeks ago.
