I have been sending money directly from my Korean bank account to the south African bank account, South Korea seems to be very efficient with the remittance and have always confirmed just after 3 days that the funds have been delivered, but Forex in South Africa even after sending the remittance advice immediately i do not hear from them for over 8 days even though the auto response is to be contacted within 48hrs. After which i send a follow up email to the responsible person Sylvia Setswe, she does not respond for a lengthy period of time. Understand i have South African bills to pay and being late for them because of this is very costly and inquiring from the South Korean Bank costs me money every single time. Please rectify this problem immediately. I have worked for FNB and i know exactly how the system works, there is no reason why she has not responded at all. I am very unhappy with the service.
