2 Weeks and still no feedback!!!

I lodged a motor accident claim on the 20th March. My car was towed to TC Panelbeaters for repairs on the 26th March (two weeks ago)

I have yet to receive an update from my repair consultant - Vanessa Mashele who has been delegated to do follow ups with the panelbeater.

I have taken the liberty of calling the panelbeater today - they are still awaiting parts. I drive a Toyota, these parts are available locally... Does a local order take 2 weeks. My car has been accumulating dust in the workshop, I was informed that repairs will only commence once they have all the necessary parts.

I urgently await a response! TC panelbeaters have tarnished your reputation!
