My car was sent in for minor repairs through Outsurance. Collected the vehicle after a week. Had a dent which was not there before, paintwork and fitting of bumper not good. Took the vehicle back for another week. When collected only "new dent" fixed, paintwork and fitting of bumper still looked terrible. Expect Outsurance to send me to better panel beater.
