8 Calls without answer for YOUR mistake

MFC erroneously deducted an additionla payment from my account after I had settled the balance for my vehicle...

I've called 8 times and been on hold for more than an hour and still no-one is answering or returning any messages!!!

Good thing this happened now while I'm looking for finance, so I know not to use them ever again!
