My car instalment was deducted off my account twice in the month of April. I subsequently phoned MFC to have the payment reversed. MFC agrees that the payment was wrongfully deducted twice, but will only reverse the payment after 10 working days! When one asks to speak to a manager, you are simply just put on hold for nearly 30minutes with no one answering or attending to your call.
When I called them back, the operator also didn't put me through to a manager as requested, and proceeded yet again to put me on hold.
The fact that they wrongfully deducted my instalment twice is through no fault on my part, yet when they need to rectify their own mess they are not willing to assist in any way whatsoever. This has left a very bad taste in my mouth, and I will NEVER, EVER finance any of my vehicles through them again.
